Human Resources Integration Status Logs - HRINIL
The HRINIL page displays the Integration Status Logs, Requests and Responses generated during integration between BusinessPlus and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Unified Talent Records. Search criteria are used to retrieve the data in the Integration Status Log. This is a reporting (read-only) window. You cannot add or update information.
Navigation Options
Find Log Details: Click to initiate a search. You can enter or select Integration Status Filter options to refine results. If the filters are blank, all logs are retrieved.
Clear Form: Click to clear all data entered in the filter fields at once.
Retry: For integration activity requests that have failed , select Retry for one or more logs, then click Retry in the navigation menu.
The system retries the automatic mechanism a maximum of 3 times.
If the request successfully sends the data, the Date and Time value is updated.
In case of a network issue if multiple integrations fail, the system retries the failed logs in a queue.
Integration Status Filters
Message ID: The unique ID of the integration activity request.
Status: The status of the integration activity request.
Success: The integration request was successful, and all data was integrated without any error.
Partial Success: The integration request was successful, but some data, such as Degree or Certification information, is missing. This status displays when the entire payload has not failed, only the object that has the error is marked as failed. This means one of the inserts or updates failed due to wrong data in the payload. Select the Message ID to display details.
Failed: The integration request was not successful. Select the Message ID to display details.
Integration Type: Defines the direction of the data flow during integration.
Outbound: The integration activity initiated from BusinessPlus.
Inbound: The integration activity initiated from ATS or Records.
Outbound - Bulk Sync: The bulk sync integration activity initiated from BusinessPlus.
Employee ID: The Employee ID is system-generated in BusinessPlus after an applicant is hired.
Date: The date of the integration activity request.
Source Product: The product that initiated the integration activity request.
Outbound requests display BusinessPlus.
Inbound requests display the unique address for the Unified Talent product, ATS or Records.
Location: The Employee Location from the payload.
Integration Status Logs Panel
The Integration Status Logs Panel displays the basic information of the Integration. The information is read-only. The columns cannot be rearranged.
Details: Click the icon for the General Information window to appear. Refer to the General Information section of this page for details.
Message ID: The unique ID of the integration activity request.
Integration Type: Defines the direction of the data flow during integration, Inbound or Outbound. For bulk sync integration type will be “Outbound - Bulk Sync“.
Date and Time: The timestamp of the integration request.
Source Product: The product that initiated the integration activity request.
Status: The status of the integration activity request.
Employee ID: Appears when applicable to the integration activity.
Location: The Employee Location from the payload.
Retry: Only active for failed integrations. Select Retry for one or more logs, then click Retry in the menu panel.

General Information
The General Information window displays the basic information of the Integration in addition to request and response details. All information is read-only. Click Close to return to the HRINIL page.
Request Details
The Request Details panel displays the values sent to or received from ATS or Records as part of the payload during integration.
Detailed payload is available on this panel.
If the log request details exceed 4000 characters, a message appears that the details cannot display. The complete logs are available on the MOTU Portal. Contact Support if you need the full logs. This is more likely to occur when performing a bulk sync on the HRINSD page.
Response Details
The Response Details panel displays messages related to the integration request.
Detailed information indicates the success or failure of inserting or updating data.
