Open an Existing Model

To open an existing model in Workflow Designer, select File, then Open…. A dialog box displays available Workflow models. The default is to display all models. To see only active models in the list, select Display Active Models Only.

Information for each model is presented in the following manner:

• Name of the model
• Description of the model
• Version control

After each update to a Workflow model or creation of a new Workflow model, the Workflow Designer prompts the user to save the existing model before they open a new model. This maintains model version control and ensures the user does not forget to save the model configuration.
