Productivity Pack
BusinessPlus Productivity Pack Web Forms offer a user-friendly application for employees of a district to submit requests to the accounting department. Form designs target and streamline essential information for timely and organized submissions. As a result, the end user can focus on a task and avoid omissions or distractions from details that do not relate to the requestor.
Productivity Pack Web Forms are an add-on value to BusinessPlus software beginning with Build 7.9.8.804.
The following Web Forms and corresponding Workflow models are available:
- New Vendor Request
- Personal Time Off Request
- Direct Reimbursement Request
- Travel Reimbursement Request
- Travel Advance Request
- Budget Transfer Request
- Web Form Template
Web Forms are designed for quick entry with basic tools to initiate action. Common features include:
- Each web form accepts attachments that can be viewed anytime within the Workflow task list, the BusinessPlus page, or the Administrative Console using the Documents Online Doc ID given when uploading the attachment.
- Documentation to assist users with field help, related common codes, and functionality accompanies each Web Form.
- Nucleus (NU) Common Codes can be defined to interface data into a given subsystem where a Web Form inserts. For instance, the Web Forms are given seeded values for Set ID numbers, Reference numbers, or ID numbers based on existing NU Common Codes.
- Excel Output can be used for working with all Web Form data after the request has been approved and inserted into BusinessPlus.
- Each web form requires functioning BusinessPlus email (Workflow Email Client, also known as "Chilkat") for "Email Notify" functionality.
Browser support for the Web Forms is Internet Explorer 10 or higher.
