Web Form Template
The Web Form Template is a foundation for advanced users to develop their own Web form. The template includes a lookup controller, text box, checkbox, calendar controller, drop-down, and a radio button, enabling users to develop their own creations.
The Web Form Template is a fully-functioning prototype. The template data will submit to Workflow and process. The template may be developed to collect data, submit to Workflow, and processes fully into the tables of a targeted subsystem.
Browser support for Web Forms is Internet Explorer 10 or higher.
All Web forms have three sections:
- Header — Includes system-generated messages stating who created a request ("Requestor") and which system or "Connection" was used.
- User Section — Contains basic fields that are commonly used to design a new Web form request, a comment about the change requested, and the value.
- Footer — The footer is where the user will be prompted to take action or will be informed of the outcome of action. The Request Status area is a system-generated field that indicates what is happening with the present record. The status area will not communicate the approval or rejection of a reimbursement request. The Footer also contains buttons to reset the form, submit the request, or attach documents to the request.
