This common code is used by the STUTLF and STUTMA utilities.

Short Description: Enter DEBUG in the Short Description field to turn on formatted debug output when running SubTracker utilities. Debug output can be found on the STDLIST. This replaces the Q or D in the first character of the Short Description field.

Associated Numeric Values
1: Enter 30 or 45 representing the length of the Budget Code. If this is left blank the system will assume 30.
2: Reserved for future use.
3: GL Key Length – This value represents the length of the GL Key coming in from the import record (if any). If no GL Key length is entered, Target GL Key is filled with the entire sub_import.account field and Target Object Code is left empty.
4: OBJ Code Length – This value represents the length of the Object Code coming in from the import record (if any). If no Object Code length is entered, Object Code is filled by sub_import.account [GL Key Length + 1,30].
5: Max ID Length – Range you can use is from 1 to 12. If user enters 1 through 12, then STUTLF will truncate the Absentee and/or the substitute ID based on the value in Associated Numeric Value 5 - Max ID length field. If it is left blank, the default is 12.
Associated Codes
1: Reserved for future use.
2: Leave blank or enter SUB_ACCT – Get GL/JL distribution information based on entries in STUPBR. On the STUPBR page, distribution information can be hard-coded or it can come from the Absentee's or Substitute's existing Employee Pay Assignment record or records.
3-4: Reserved for future use.
5: Enter the code to identify the format of the input file coming from the 3rd party software. Supported formats that are: SFE, SFE3, AESOP, AESOPID, AESOP07, AESOP07ID, KRONOS and KRONOS2.

AssocDesc05 is set to ALLOW DUPLICATE ABSENCE DATE then the process will not delete any previous sub_import records for the same absence date, job_id, and entity id. This is for the CRS file format only.
