Distribution of Cash in Bank - BKDS

This mask distributes deposits marked “In Transit” to “In Bank” Status.  It takes deposits that have been reconciled and have a Status of “In Transit” and creates a Set of these items changing the deposit Status to “In Bank.”

BKDS is for posting deposits. BKRCPS is for posting checks. Use BKUTUB to undo bank postings for BKDS.

Posting date in MM/DD/CCYY format: Enter the posting date. Defaults to today’s date.Common code NUDT/AR45  can be set up to restricting the posting date range for the BKDS process.
