Grant Codes - GMUPCD

The Grants Management (GM) Grant Codes (GMUPCD) page represents the default code tables associated with the Grants Management module. These tables must be set up prior to using the Grants Management application. Coded values that do not exist within these pages are defined in the General Ledger, Person Entity (PEUPPE), or Accounts Receivable (ARUPCD) subsystems.

Code ID: The Code ID field is a method of identifying or grouping the value values. The drop-down values are static system codes. A valid Code ID does not have to exist in the drop-down values although it is recommended.
ID Description: The Code ID description is a system-generated description of the selected Code ID.
Code Value: The Code Value is the actual code to be used/assigned on various GM pages.
Code Desc.: The Code Description describes the code value. In most cases, this value will be displayed in the associated drop-down list, in addition to the code value.
