Setup - EN

Initial installation of the Encumbrance system involves only two setup procedures:

  1. Setting up division codes (ENUPDV) for use within the Encumbrance system.

  2. Defining the organization's disencumbering hierarchy.

Direct update of the Encumbrance database (ENUPTR) is typically done when initializing the Encumbrance system with beginning balances or making corrections.
