Delete Attendance Records - STUTDA

This utility deletes attendance records from STUPAT for a certain Import File Name.  It should be run before running STUTMA on the same file for the second or subsequent time.  Purging previously-created attendance records in STUPAT allows the user to re-run STUTMA on the same file – which would typically be necessary if there are errors to fix.
