Setup items to consider:

  • Hour Codes — It is recommended that a district create new hour codes for tracking FFCRA to prepare for future Federal or State reporting requirements that may require detailed reporting of employee COVID-19 leave.

  • Pay Class

  • Common Code

  • Position Codes

In addition, the FFCRA Leave Timecard Upload CDD report should loaded prior FFCRA processing.
