Bid Online Questions - BQUPQU

The Bid/Quote Management (BQ) Bid Online Questions (BQUPQU) page is used to create and maintain the questions that are used for processing bids.

Entity: Enter the entity code. Entity codes must be previously defined on the BQ Bid Online Entity Definition (BQBOEN) page.
Ledger: Choose the actual ledger code that users will be signed into when working with Bid Online.
Set is Active: Check this box if this is an active set.
Question Set: A group of bid questions that can be assigned to a bid.
Description: This is pulled from the primary "master" table of bids defined in the Bid Quote module.
Created By: Display-only field showing the user and date/time the question set was created.
Updated By: Display-only field showing the user and date/time the question set was last updated.
Question Order: Enter the number of this question. This field is used to establish the order that the questions will be displayed.
Short Description: Enter a short description of this question.
Question Text: Enter the Question.
Answer Type: Select the appropriate answer type from the drop-down menu.
Answer Style: Select the appropriate answer style from the drop-down menu.
Answer Size: Select the appropriate answer size from the drop-down menu.
Answer Required: Check this box if an answer to this question is required.
Default Answer: Enter the default answer to this question.
Answer Options: Enter the answer options into this field.
BQ Attribute: Enter the BQ attribute with which this question is associated.
Created By: Display-only field showing the user and date/time this question was created.
Updated By: Display-only field showing the user and date/time this question was last updated.
