Contract Process

  1. Define cycles and tasks.

  2. Create the contract .

  3. Create encumbrance for the contract.

  4. Create retainage on CMUPCM, Retainage tab, approve the request and post the retainage.

  5. Process payments (Send Contract to PO tool).

  6. Track the contract (CMUPTK).

  7. Amend the contract.
