Delete Asset IDs - FAUTDE

The Fixed Asset Delete ID Utility is used to remove an existing Fixed Asset from all of the tables within the Fixed Asset subsystem. FAUTDE prompts the user to enter the Asset ID to be removed. Select the Submit button the launch the job.

Select the Nu Common Code with a Code Category/Value of FAUT/DELETE to limit which assets may be deleted based on either the in-service or disposal dates.

The Fixed Asset Delete ID Utility can only be run for Asset IDs that exist in the current default ledger. In other words, if Asset ID "FA101" exists in the "MK" ledger, FAUTDE must be run from the "MK" ledger. Additionally, if the same Asset ID resides in multiple ledgers, only the asset that resides in the current default ledger will be removed.

To run the FA Delete ID Utility, the user must have the security set up to delete.
