Q. The Entity List on ACA pages is not displaying.
A. The Entity List feature is only in BusinessPlus version 7.9.9 and later. If you would like the entity list on the ACA screens and you are currently on build 7.9.8 or earlier, you will need to upgrade.  If you are currently using 7.9.9 or greater and the entity list is missing, rebuild the security structure for subsystem RR, followed by a rebuild of user security for users granted access to the data.  Table level access was added in the 2016 ACA Update.  No one will see the data unless they have access to the tables.

Q. Last year's ACA data is gone.
A. Table-level access was added in the 2016 ACA Update. Users will not see the data unless they have access to the tables. The tables fall under the RR (Regulatory Reporting) node in the security structure. Rebuild the security structure for subsystem RR, followed by a rebuild of user security for users granted access to the data.

Q. 1095-C form is printing one line too low.
A. Try the following escape sequence for 1095-C Legal in common code ACAR/1095CPRT Long Description field: 
[%-12345X[E[&l0O[&l6D[(s10H[&l0E[&l3A[&l80F[&f1095y4X[&k2G[&a-1R
You will also need to add "ESC" in Associated Code 2.

Q. Error message from IRS file transmission – If Form 1094C checkbox "AuthoritativeTranmittalInd" is checked and checkbox "Section4980HReliefInd" is checked and "ALESect4980HTrnstReliefCd" in "YearlyALEMemberDetail" does not have a value, then at least one "ALESect4980HTrnstReliefCd" in "JanALEMonthlyInfoGrp" through "DecALEMonthlyInfoGrp" must have a value.
A. Check common code ACAR/1094C Associated Code 5; enter the correct value for Section 4980H Transition Relief.

Q. How Do I Include Retirees in the ACA Extract Who Did Not Get Paid During The Tax Year?
A. Common code ACAR/RETIREES can be set up to indicate employee types for retirees who may not be paid during the tax year but need to be included when extracting benefit information from PY/HR. Add the employee types that identify these retirees to the common code Association Codes. Ensure the employees are assigned the correct Employee Type in their Employee Master record, have active benefit assignments during the tax year, and make sure the employees import with Full/Part indicator = blank on PYACUPF5, Part II tab.

Q. How Do I Turn Off Printing Alignment Forms?
A. To turn off printing the alignment form, you have to enter a "0" (zero) in the "Number of Alignment Forms" field in PYACP5. If you leave this field blank, it still prints a form. 
To change the default, you can update NUUPJBQS for question AC12 and set the Default to 0.
