ACA

BusinessPlus supports producing 1095-C forms and 1094-C/1095-C electronic submission by providing the following:

  • ACA database tables to store the information required to complete the requirements associated with the 1094-C and 1095-C.

  • A process to extract the information from BusinessPlus into the ACA tables or to upload information from an outside source.

  • A process to generate the 1095-C forms. Supported forms are listed by tax year.

  • An employee view of the 1095-C form through Employee Online.

  • A process to generate the electronic file for the 1094-C and 1095-C to submit to the IRS.
