Workflow Groups

Workflow groups are sets of Workflow-enabled User IDs that allow the Workflow engine to assign Task List items based on the Workflow Group definition. A BusinessPlus user is allocated to the list of authorized users under the Workflow group role, then aligned to either be a primary or a backup user.

In the Manage Workflow Groups plugin, the selection of primary vs. backup is configured on two factors:

• User who is set first in the list of the Workflow role is primary, and any user selected after the primary would be designated a backup.
• The user group priority can be defined by: "N" (Priority within the group) or "Y" (Round Robin option).
