General Information for Student Activities
Requires "general information" to be precise with this common code. Presently supported is the PEID on the SAUPFR and Invoice number on SAUPCR.

• The 1st Associated Code specifies whether or not a Student ID is required on the SAUPFR page. By entering "REQID," all students being specified on the SAUPFR page must have a unique PE ID record in the PE Database. When inserting information into the "Items Issued Section," the Student ID will be required and the Name field will become display-only.

• The 2nd Associated Code specifies whether or not an Invoice Number will be required for any detail record entered on the SA Check Request (SAUPCR) page before a check can be either recorded or requested. For this option, enter "REQINV" in the field. Note: If the Invoice is not required, the common code of SYNO/OHREFNO is required and will typically be set up during installation.
