Association Codes

Association Codes are defined in NU Common Codes (NUUPCD). The most commonly used common codes are included with the installed software. Additional codes may be defined as needed.

• The Code Category for association codes will always be PEAS.
• The Code Value can be up to eight characters in length and is used to identify the association.
• Select the ledger code or use @@.
• Use the Medium Description to define the association description to appear with the code value in applicable pick lists.

To run a report of all the Association Codes, type the menu mask NUFLCD (this report may also be run from the menu mask PEFLCO). The Common Code Category will be PEAS. The short format is the best option for the common code report. If the report is run from the mask PEFLCO, the format option is not available.
