Timecard Processing

The BusinessPlus Payroll Timecards feature is a Web-based interface that works in conjunction with the Payroll system. This multi-featured software option enables the user to create payroll timecards from any location via the Internet. The functions are intended to complement the payroll processes supported by the Payroll system. Imported records from Timecard Online, SubTracker, etc. will be stored in the Timecards page as well as records imported via the PY970 Import process.

Generate a timecard set from:

• Timecard Online set
• Substitute set from SubTracker
• Excel spreadsheet
• Patch by Pay Line (PYTCDTPT)
• Manual Timecard entry in PYTCDTUB.

After creating/updating the set, run a Set Proof Listing (PYTCDTBP).

If needed, run the System Timecard Correction (PYTCDTSY) utility.

If needed, run PYTCDTCU to delete a timecard set from the system completely.
