Non-SSO

BusinessPlus single sign-on (SSO) is available in 20.11.0 and later.

  • SSO is only available for BusinessPlus Core and Employee Online. 

  • PC Products (for example: Admin Console, Document Capture, Workflow Designer, CDD) do not support SSO. PC Products require BP User (NUUPUS) credentials at login.

Test Non-SSO login

  1. When you load the BP Farm URL, it navigates to the loading page when the user tries to login immediately after the IIS reset. After some time, a message instructs you to retry using Reload Page.

  2. Click Reload Page and the system redirects to the BusinessPlus login page.

  3. Enter valid login credentials and your BusinessPlus personal dashboard loads.
