Printing the PDF Form

  1. Run the Job

    1. For the question “Forms Printer Copies, Name, Pri“ use the NULP Printer that has the LAYERID added.

  2. Review Forms from the Job, depending what form selected:

    1. Select Produce W2's(EFW2 Formats)(Special Form)

    2. Select 1099 Forms and File(Special Form)

    3. Select Produce 1095-C Forms(Special Form)

  3. Download the file if you want to print a hard copy

  4. Printing Setup

    1. Select your printer

    2. Go to More settings:

      1. Use Default settings for scale if option is available

      2. If printing Duplex, be sure to select 2-sided Printing
