Uploading IRS Form Instructions (W‑2 and ACA) to Employee Online (EO)

Employees may need to upload the back instructions for IRS forms (such as the W‑2 and ACA forms) to ensure proper recordkeeping and compliance. Follow the steps below carefully to make them available.

To post the Instruction page to Employee Online for all Employees follow the instructions under BusinessPlus Payroll / Employee Online / Setup-EO/ Form Upload Settings. The section about uploading forms for Employees to download.
