Transmittal from Database
The Transmittal Report from Database (PYRERRWARE01) shows the complete transmittal from all the file image tables. It includes every record and shows totals for the amounts in the file. This is a useful cross reference to Payroll reports like the deduction register.
Transmittal from Flat File
The Transmittal Report from Flat File (PYRERRWARE02) is the exact same report as the Transmittal from Database except its source is the actual file read from c:/WA on the Web server that runs Workflow. This is where the file is created during the PYRERRWA06 (Create File) process.
Employees with No Activity
The DRS Employees with No Activity (PYRERRWARE03) report shows active employees as determined by having an active Retirewa screen (PYRERRWA01) and nothing to report in the current reporting period.
Deduction Verification Report
The Deduction Verification Report (PYRERRWARE04) compares Payroll Deductions and Contributions versus Deductions and Contributions from the extract or file image. This will help find employees where the deduction taken from payroll does not match what the extract calculated. This deviation can happen when the employee is not assigned the proper CDHs in Payroll for instance. This report is extremely useful for reconciliation and can be run before and after payroll has been run, i.e., it can help find problems before they become finalized by the Payroll process.
Hours Exception Report
The Hours Exception Report (PYRERRWARE05) lists the employees who work more than a set number of hours, defined in common code TDHR/RETWAHRS Associated Value 1, and are not part of retirement, and those employees who are part of retirement but work less than a set number of hours.
Contract Report
The Contract Report is a valuable tool for reconciling DRS reportable amounts. It will list all contracts assigned to an employee and their respective earned and paid amounts and the months they occurred in. This is extremely valuable in trying to track down earnings amounts for specific months.
