Printing Forms

There are two options when processing 1099s:

• Run a single process: Create the 1099 file and print the forms and Year-End report (BK99CC -1099 Forms and File).

• Run two processes:

  1. Create a "work" file used by the software (BK99BP - MISC Part 1; Build Work File). Prompts to this mask should be answered similar to BK99CC.

  2. Create the IRS file using the work file created by BK99BP, print the forms and print a Year-End report (BK99RP - MISC Part 2; Report Process).
