Codes - CMUPCD

The Contract Management (CM) Codes (CMUPCD) page is used to define values for various client-definable coded fields within Contract Management.

Code ID: Code IDs are system codes. The values for these code fields are site-definable within Contract Management. Following is list of the available Code IDs, their respective meanings, and where used:

TYPE

Codes for the Type field on the Contract Management (CMUPCM) page.

AREA

Codes for the Manager field on the Contract Management page.

COMMTYPE

Codes for the Comments Type field on the Contract Tracking (CMUPTK) page, Comments Tab.

COMPTYPE

Codes for the Comp Type field on the Contract Tracking page, Compliance Tab.

USER1

Codes for the User 1 field on the Contract Management page, Contract Details Tab.

USER2

Codes for the User 2 field on the Contract Management page, Contract Details Tab.

ADMIN

Codes for the Administrator field on the Contract Management page, Contract Details Tab.

Code Value: This is the actual code value for the field represented by the Code ID.
Code Description: This field is used to describe the Code Value for a specified Code ID. For example, if Code ID is set to "TYPE" (Type of Contract) and Code Value is set to "FA", then the Code Description field would contain a description of what the code "FA" stands for (e.g., "Facilities"). In this example, on the CM Contract Management page, when the user clicks on the drop-down list of valid Contract Types, the code FA with a description of "Facilities" would be listed as a valid choice for that field.
