Workflow

The Contract Management module uses the following Workflow models:

• CM_AMMEND — Used to approve contract amendments

• CM_STATUS — Used to approve contracts and update the status on CMUPCM

Amendment Approval Setup

Before using Workflow model CM_AMMEND, set up:

1. Contract Number seed

2. Contract Type (client-specific, defined on CMUPCD)

3. Manager Codes (client-specific, defined on CMUPCD)
