POFA - LOCDEFS

Default Values for Fixed Assets Received in POUPRC
This common code is used to define default values for fixed assets to be migrated from POUPRC, when receiving assets to a specific location in the PO Receiving (POUPRC) page. Note: Use this feature when migrating assets via the Purchasing subsystem. See the Fixed Assets User Guide for configuring asset migration. The "PO to FA Interface" is toggled on within the POUPGN page.
The system assumes that the values defined in this common code are valid codes defined within FA Code Values (FAUPCD) page. Customize settings on the FA General Information (FAUPGN) page for the ledger being used to determine values that will be required. Required codes would then be required to be defined within this common code. For example, FAUPGN's option to require "Department Changes" is checked, the 1st Associated Codes field must be defined with a valid department code.
