W2 Form and Attachment Definition
The following basic setup steps are required before sending the W2 forms to Employee Online (PYW2PW and PYW2EOSE).

Verify (or add) the attachment definition for HREMEN in Documents Online.

Upload the Current Tax Year W2 Image Form to Documents Online.

Create/update common code PYW2/EOxxxx (where xxxx is the tax year) to reference the Form Layer ID and attachment definition.
W2 Description File (PYW2UP)
The W2 Report Definition (PYW2UP) page is used to create/update forms and report definition files used for W2 processing.
