AP General Information Page

Use the AP General Information (APOHUPGN) page to define the global switches that affect processing relating AP to purchasing and receiving functions. Define these selections when initially installing the system. Although this page may be used at any time to make changes, most clients only change these specifications during the initial installation process. Because this page can be used to change significant features (such as how the system ages accounts), it is recommended that security access to this page be given to only a few select individuals. This page is not required for data entry in Open Hold. If the page is not defined, the system will run according to system defaults.
