Document Search

The Document Search plugin in the Administrative Console (Documents Online, Documents) allows the user to search for documents by Doc ID, Description, User ID, or file extension. In addition, a date range can be specified to search for documents or narrow down the current results by a date range.

If the process fails due to too large of search criteria, refine the search using:

1. Smaller range of search criteria

2. Export Documents plugin

After entering the selection criteria in the Search window, click the search button (magnifying glass) to display the results. Select an entry from the Search Results window to display the document in the window to the right. Menu options at top of the search display window can vary, depending on the type of document displayed.
