Report Item

The Report Item window is launched when specifying selection criteria. After a data element has been selected on which to base the selection criteria, you can relate that element to either a user-defined value or another data element.

For example, if your selection criteria is based on a GLK_KEY greater than 0100:

• Select the data element that represented the GLK_KEY.

• Select "greater than" from the Comparison drop-down list.

• Choose a response type (Literal Value, Prompt, Data Item) and click Next.

• In the next Report Item window, enter the value upon which you want your selection criteria to be based.

• Click Finish.
