PYTCDTPT- Patch by Pay Line

The Patch by Pay Line Process is used to create contractual pay amounts and auto pay entries. This process will always create a Set called PATCH + the pay period number. This information is created entirely from data on the employee pay assignments.

You can select to run the timecard Set /wiki/spaces/BPPYHELP/pages/6885531process to view the day by day picture of the hours that are assigned to each pay assignment. The Patch by Pay Line Set name is called "PATCH#######" where ####### is the period that the Patch by Pay Line is being run. If you have exception hours that need to be a part of an employee's time you will still need to enter the daily timecard in /wiki/spaces/BPPYHELP/pages/6884909for these exceptions hours before running Patch by Pay Line.
