This page must have Code Values defined for the Code ID categories prior to using Bid/Quote Management. These codes will allow users to choose from a list of values for specific fields, to allow consistent and fast data entry. A Code Value is an abbreviation, which will be quickly identified to represent an item of entry. The entries for the code value may be alpha/numeric and are user-defined. The entry can be as many characters as will fit into the field on pages where used. The description allows up to 36 characters.
