Unload Inventory File - FAUTUI

The FAUTUI utility is used for exporting the fixed asset subsystem to an ASCII file located in the user's bin directory. By default, this file will be called FAINVOUT but you can specify a different filename if you wish. If a file already exists in the user's data directory with the same name as the one specified, the existing file will be overwritten. To avoid this, make sure to rename old files if you wish to preserve their contents. See FAUTUI Output File Contents for more information.

Name of the Flat File: This is the output file that the utility will use to write the FA information described above. Be careful to back up old files to ensure your old data is not overwritten.
Location Code To Unload: This specifies the location of the assets. Only assets matching this location code will be written to the output file. If you wish to specify all, then simply leave this blank.
Department Code to Unload: This specifies that the utility will only unload information concerning only assets under a specific department. If you wish to specify all, then simply leave this blank.
Status Code to Unload: This specifies that only assets with a certain status will be unloaded to the output file. Options are AC for active, M for missing.
