Threaded Notes Update Generic Text - SYUTTXUP
The System Utilities - Threaded Notes Update Generic Text (SYUTTXUP) page is used to look at the raw data of threaded notes. It is intended for use by PowerSchool staff as a tool to help track down problems that occur with threaded notes.
Created By: System derived name of the user who created the Thread.
Created On: System derived time and date the Thread was created.
Thread Subject: This is the subject of a given Thread.
Notes
Created By: System derived name of the user who created the Note attached to a Thread.
Created On: System derived time and date the Note was created.
Note Subject: Within a Thread, there can be multiple notes. Each note can have a subject. The main user interface from the BusinessPLUS pages will default this to be the same as the Thread subject.
Thread Details
Last Updated By: System derived name of the user who last updated the Thread.
Last Updated On: System derived time and date the Thread was last updated.
Table Name: The table name associated with the Thread.
Thread Code 1-4: Four miscellaneous codes that can be attached to a Thread.
Table UK: This is the unique key of the row in the associated table that this Thread is attached. This is what links the Thread to a particular entry in the table defined in the "table name" above.
Thread UK: This is the unique key of the row in the associated this entry in the tx_thread_mstr table. This is used to link notes back to this Thread.
Text
This field displays the actual text of the note.
Keywords
Keyword: Each note can have associated keywords. Grid mode displays all associated keywords to the note.
Note Details
Last Updated By: System derived name of the user who last updated the Note.
Last Updated On: System derived time and date the Note was last updated.
Note Code 1-4: Four miscellaneous codes that can be attached to a Note.
Note UK: This is the unique key of the row in the associated this entry in the tx_note_mstr table.
Thread UK: This is the unique key of the row in the associated Thread to which this Note is attached. This links the Note to a particular Thread.
