NUAS - PUNCHKEY

Used with POXP/OPTIONS to Set User Defaults
When the POXP/OPTIONS common code is set with USER AND VENDOR DEFAULTS ONLY in Associated Description 1, as soon as the end user enters the PunchOut screen, the account control is disabled. The user cannot change the ledger. When the default key of the user is set in NU Manage Users, the default key will immediately display on the screen. When no default key is set for the user, the user will get an error message stating that "No default key is set for this user" and the user cannot continue.

Default key/account codes are set at the user level. These default key/account codes are assigned to the user in the User Security screen NUUPUS on the Associations tab. In order to have the association code available, a NUAS common code entry is required with the Code Value PUNCHKEY. In order to define the default key/account for the user, add the Nucleus Association common code category NUAS with Code Value PUNCHKEY.
