Match ENDB with PEDB - ENUTMA

For quick access to information by name, the system copies the name into the ENDB from a source database (Person/Entity). When a name is changed in the source database, the ENDB will not reflect the change automatically. This utility provides a means to update the name in the ENDB from the source database.
