Budget Batch Adjustment Batch ID
A Batch ID can be manually created at data entry time, or the system can default to a predetermined Batch ID. Two options are available with regard to the system predetermined default Batch ID. The first option is to default to the Batch File name specified by the user and the second option is to default to the pre-defined Batch ID that is not the Batch File Name.
