Options
Print all totals? If you answer "Y," the report will include the GL accumulator records for each account that it reads. The report will also include any mismatches between GL accumulators and transactions. If you are only selecting a few keys/objects, you may want to answer "Y" to see all of the totals. If you are selecting all keys and objects, or you are selecting a large number of keys and objects, then you may wish to answer "N" to avoid a very large report output. For each key-object combination selected, the report program searches for the accumulator record (GLA-ACT-MSTR/GLBA-BUDACTMSTR). If it finds an accumulator, it searches for transactions.
Look for transactions even if no accumulator record? If you answer "Y," the report program will also look for transactions even if it doesn't find an accumulator. Normally, you want to answer "N" to this question, because answering "Y" will significantly slow the process. However, if you're looking for a specific key or object, and you suspect that there are transactions but no accumulators (this case should never happen unless accumulators have been deleted or transactions have been rolled in through a non-BusinessPLUS method), you'll want to answer "Y" to this question. The heading for GL comparison of transactions to accumulators is "Comparison of GL Accumulators to Details". The heading for EN comparison of transactions to accumulators is "Comparison of EN Accumulators to Details". The GL comparison appears first.
