Major Minor Codes - HRTBCRMA
The Human Resources (HR) Major/Minor Codes (HRTBCRMA) page is used to enter the major/minor codes. These codes are used to identify what the Credential Holder is able to do (i.e., what teaching duties he/she is able to perform) with the given credential type. If, in addition to those descriptions provided by the governing body, customized descriptions are desired, an entry must be created on this page with the table type value of "X."
Credential Type: Indicates the credential type. Code values are defined in the HR Credential Type Codes (HRTBCRTC) page.
Table Type: Indicates the table type. Code values are defined in the HR Non-Entity Specific Codes (HRTBHR) page under the Code ID of CREDENTLS_TBL_TP.
Subject Code: Indicates the subject code (i.e., the major/minor/endorsement code).
Long Description: Indicates a long description. The description may appear on reports and/or pages.
Core Area: Indicates core area of major/minor codes. Code values are defined in the HR Non-Entity Specific Codes (HRTBHR) page under the Code ID of NCLB_CORE_AREA.
Notes: Indicates any associated notes.
