Salary Definition Utility List - HRUTSL
The Human Resources (HR) Salary Definition Utility List (HRUTSL) is a read-only list of the results from using the Salary Table Update Utility (HRUTSU). The records report what user ran the utility at what time, date, run option, and report mode. Each of the Salary Schedule and Amount Table (HRTBSL) records that are altered is inserted into this page. The Entry Status field reports what was done to each record, for example: Closed, Inserted, Updated are common ones. The Error Status field designates if an error occurred during the action. The Error Message field reports what happened with this record. A message of Successful indicates the record was altered correctly. Any errors are described in some detail here. Old and new dates and amounts are displayed for reference. This page has two different orders to scroll though the data. The default sorts each run of the utility by the salary index. The error list order sorts by the error flag.
