Non-Entity Specific Codes - HRTBHR
The Human Resources (HR) Non-Entity Specific Codes (HRTBHR) page stores a multitude of client-defined codes that are used throughout the HR system. The unique key is a combination of the Code ID and Code Value. Codes Values cannot be updated once saved. This restriction prevents codes used in the system and then later modified.
Deleting codes is done through the HR Delete Utility (HRUTDL) page. Only certain employees should have the security access to delete codes.
Code ID: The Code ID is used as a method of identifying or grouping the Code Values. Code ID values are defined in static system codes.

Code Value: The Code Value is the actual code to be used/assigned on various HR pages.
Short Description: Indicates a short description. This description may appear on reports and/or pages.
