Re-computing Summary Records - ARUTRT

This utility will re-compute Summary Records defined on the AR General Information (ARUPGN) page, and the Account Balance and the Adjusted Account Balance on the AR Account Information (ARUPAC) page. This should be run whenever a Summary Record Definition has been added or changed.
