- If the client has more than five values to map, set up a file named PYIOWAUI in the admin/perm directory. In the first line of the file, place "DEPARTMENT," "LOCATION," or "CHECKDIST." On subsequent lines add the particular department, location or checkdist value, followed by a comma, followed by the four-digit Reporting Unit Number. If the employee to be reported does not have a value mapping to a Reporting Unit Number the employee will be skipped and an error displayed on the resulting tail sheet. If the client would like to have a default reporting unit use "****" (four asterisks) as the value and the corresponding four-digit Reporting Unit Number.
