PYW2 - OHSCHL

This common code is only used for clients in the state of Ohio.

There are two functions of this common code.

• To allow a prefix and CDH misc. code to be concatenated to be used as the name field.

• To allow one of the CDH misc. codes be used to retrieve the State School ID as the title field.

Associated Numeric Values

2: Used to select the misc. code number that holds the School ID to populate in the title.

1: Used to hold the Ohio State school code prefix. Or, enter the word “DISABLE” to turn off using the prefix concatenated with misc. code to populate in the name.
2: Used to hold the misc. code number to concatenate with school code prefix to populate in name.
3-5: Reserved for future use.
