PYW2 - BLOB2BAT

Effective with release 23.5.1.0, there is a new default process for creating and attaching W2s that eliminates the need to run PYW2EOAT.  A workflow model called PYW2EOAT exists for the new process to function.

Common code PYW2/BLOB2BAT is only to be used if the existing PYW2PW and PYW2EOSE processes do not attach the W2s to the HREMEN employee records. The common code, combined with relisting the PYW2EOAT menu mask, allows the old W2 process of PYW2PW, PYW2EOSE, PYW2EOAT to function.
