Medium Description: Not required.
Long Description: Not required.
Associated Numeric Values
1-5: Reserved for future use.
Associated Codes
1: Enter the "As Of" date to be used in the selection of the contracts. Only contracts ending after the "As Of" date will be included. This date is only used during the Contract Recompute launched via the SENDPAY process.
2-5: Reserved for future use.
Associated Descriptions
1: Blank (is default logic). RETRO EARNINGS will be evaluated based on distributed PY History Records, including check maintenance reversals.
RETRO EARN FROM RETRO SET will force the accumulations of earnings transactions from the "RETRO" and "RTADJ" timecard batch sets instead of the default which is based on Payroll History Records.
The amount of Retro Earnings displayed to the Contract Accumulator record can be determined by (1) accumulating all earnings transactions in the "RETRO" and "RTADJ" timecard sets or (2) by accumulating only retro earning transactions in payroll history.
In the case that retro earnings transactions are written to the "original" hour codes, typically in the case of exception hours like sick, vacation and lwop requests, the retro earnings should be accumulated from the "RETRO" and "RTADJ" sets. To turn on the option to accumulate all earnings transactions in the "RETRO" and "RTADJ" timecard sets set "RETRO EARN FROM RETRO SET" in Associated Description 1. Otherwise RETRO EARNINGS will be evaluated based on distributed PY History Records, including check maintenance reversals when Associated Description 1 is blank.
5: Reserved for future use.
