Used in Washington State reporting.

Code Category: PYWA

Code Value: SEBBELIG

Short Description: Not used.

Medium Description: Not used.

Long Description: Not used.

Associated Numeric Values

1-4: Not used.

5: Enter the page length of the report. The default is 60 lines per page.  If the page totals do not appear at the bottom of the page or the report shifts either up or down, adjust the page length value here.

Associated Codes

1: Enter the LEA Code. This code is used in the name of the file.

2: Enter the miscellaneous code that stores eligibility. This is used if a district has already determined eligibility for a given employee. It tells the system to include an employee without running through the calculations to determine eligibility. The miscellaneous codes are from the hr_pe_mstr table on the payroll side. Possible values for the field names are: LCHR1 thru LCHR16, SCHR01 thru SCHR12. Enter a value of Y or N in the specified field.

3: Enter the option for determining whether an employee is represented. Y means everyone is represented. BARG-UNIT tells the system to verify if the user has a specific bargaining unit or not.  See common code PYWA/SEBBBARG for details. Any other value results in all employees being N or not represented.

4: A value here tells the system to look up the employee address in hr_addrloc in Human Resources. This field is used as the address type and the values returned are used as the primary address. The address in the Payroll Employee Definition is then used as the mailing address. If no address is defined in hr_addrloc for this address type or this option is not used, the Payroll address is used as the primary address and mailing is left blank.

5: Not used.

Associated Descriptions

1: Enter the represented date here if all employees are to have the same represented date.

2: Enter Calc Begin if you want employee eligibility determined by the Calc Begin Date. The default is the Pay Begin Date. This setting is used to determine the newly eligible flag in the submitted file.

3-5: Not used.
